CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE - CANCELLATION POLICIES

Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love being part of Homeschool Adventures Club, but we also understand that sometimes plans change. Our money-back guarantee is here to give you peace of mind when joining our Choose Your Own Adventure package.

If you cancel within the first 4 weeks, you’ll receive a full refund, minus any excursions already attended. If you cancel between 4 to 8 weeks, you’ll receive a 50% refund (also excluding any excursion costs). After 8 weeks, the package becomes non-refundable, and any outstanding excursion balances will still apply.

This policy is our way of showing that we genuinely care about your experience and want you to feel confident in choosing us. We’re here to support your family’s homeschooling journey every step of the way.

FULL REFUND: Cancel within the 4 weeks of joining and receive a full refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.

PARTIAL REFUND: Cancellation within 4 - 8 weeks of joining and receive a 50% refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.

NON REFUNDABLE: Cancellation from 8 weeks and beyond of joining will not receive any refund. If an outstanding balance is due from the excursion/ excursions, you have participated in, additional payments will be processed to cover the outstanding balance due.

Please note, even though our Choose Your Own Adventure includes Social Club. That does not mean Social Club or the value of Social Club is refunded or able to be used as a credit towards the payment plan payments. Social Club is a free offering we have gifted to our community as a thank you for their commitment to us.

EXCURSION CANCELLATION POLICIES

Unable to attend excursion

If you are unable to attend an excursion scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify us within our 48 hour cancellation policy period.

PLEASE NOTE some excursion venues cancellation policy periods may be different to our 48 hour cancellation policy, which we will communicate that information to you immediately in our Discord thread for that specific excursion. For example: Sydney Agricultural Farm Day had a strict 30 day cancellation policy, which we notified our community immediately. 

You will be notified if this applies to any future excursion we offer and the excursion vendors policy period will be implemented. It is your responsibility to check in our communication thread if this applies and to directly communicate to us if you need to cancel.

When you cancel within the cancellation policy period for the excursion, you are able to use the excursion dollar value as a credit towards any additional excursions, workshops or events we offer. This credit CANNOT be used to contribute towards your payment plan. You must redeem the credit within the 12 month package duration.

Last minute cancellation/ no show

If you need to cancel you attendance to an excursion due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances. OR if you have not shown up to an excursion. The following will apply:

  • 48 hours+ notice or the policy period of the specific excursion: An exemption for a credit is available.
  • Within 48 hours notice: no exemptions apply. You are allowed to find a replacement for the excursion and must notify us to amend the excursion booking.

Communication process to cancel

If you need to cancel you attendance to an excursion due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances. We require you to email us at: info@homeschooladventuresclub.com.au

WORKSHOP - CANCELLATION POLICIES

We do not offer a refund or credit for our Social Club workshops or additional paid workshops/ events. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for the workshop/ event to take your spot and must notify us to amend the details.

HUNTER & NEWCASTLE SOCIAL CLUB BUS SHUTTLE - CANCELLATION POLICIES

We do not offer a refund or credit for our Hunter and Newcastle Social Club Bus Shuttle. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for your seat and must notify us to amend the details.
