EXCURSION AND CAMP - CANCELLATION POLICIES

Unable to attend excursion or camp

If members are unable to attend an excursion scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, they can notify us within our 48 hour cancellation policy period.

PLEASE NOTE some excursion venues cancellation policy periods may be different to this, which we will communicate that information to you immediately in our Discord thread for that specific excursion. E.g. Sydney Aquarium had a strict 14 day cancellation policy. When this is applicable dependant on the excursion venue, that new cancellation policy period will be implemented.

When members cancel within the cancellation policy period for the excursion, they are able to use the excursion dollar value as a credit towards any bonus excursions, workshops or events we offer. This credit is NOT able to contribute towards the membership payments. Members must redeem the credit within the 12 month membership duration.

Last minute cancellation

If members need to cancel their attendance to an excursion due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances. The following will apply:

  • 48 hours+ notice or the policy period of the specific excursion: An exemption for a credit is available.
  • Within 48 hours notice: no exemptions apply. Members are allowed to find a replacement for the excursion and must notify us to amend the excursion booking.

Homeschool Adventures Club Camp - CRU Lake Mac CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • $100 payment per person is non-refundable if cancelled after booking, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. Please update us if this occurs.
  • All tickets become non-refundable after the 1st of December 2025

MEMBERSHIP - CANCELLATION POLICIES

FULL REFUND: Cancellation within the 4 weeks of joining and receive a full refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.

PARTIAL REFUND: Cancellation within 4 - 8 weeks of joining and receive a 50% refund. However if you have participated in an excursion/ excursions, the fees of the excursions you have participated in will not be refunded and additional payments will be processed to cover any outstanding balance due.

NON REFUNDABLE: Cancellation from 8 weeks and beyond of joining will not receive any refund. If an outstanding balance is due from the excursion/ excursions, you have participated in, additional payments will be processed to cover the outstanding balance due.

Please note, even though our Adventures Club Membership includes Social Club. That dose not mean Social Club or the value of Social Club is refunded or able to be used as a credit towards the membership payments. Social Club is a free offering we have gifted to our Adventure Club members as a thank you for their commitment to us.

WORKSHOP - CANCELLATION POLICIES

We do not offer a refund or credit for our Social Club workshops or additional paid workshops/ events. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for the workshop/ event to take your spot and must notify us to amend the details.

HUNTER & NEWCASTLE SOCIAL CLUB BUS SHUTTLE - CANCELLATION POLICIES

We do not offer a refund or credit for our Hunter and Newcastle Social Club Bus Shuttle. If you are unable to attend you are allowed to find a replacement for your seat and must notify us to amend the details.
