ABOUT OUR HOST: 

Izy has a passion and love for holistic wellbeing in all areas of life: mind, body and soul. When starting The Wong Way in 2016 her journey sparked from her love of essential oils and supporting women’s health and emotional wellbeing after experiencing her own setbacks and challenges with anxiety. She studied nursing to further enhance her knowledge in holistic wellbeing and her love to help others in this space.

Over the years her business evolved and grew running holistic and wellbeing workshops about essential oils, reducing toxins in your home and body, vision board and goal setting workshops, as well as young girls and teen retreats along side Sasha Sullivan. 

Recently since becoming a mother and inspired by gods light, Izy has felt called to create this workshop for our teen girls and is so excited to share her passions in this space.
