EXCURSION DETAILS:

CALLING ALL ADVENTURERS! We’re super excited to kick off our first Homeschool Adventures Club excursion visiting SEALIFE Sydney Aquarium & Sydney WILDLIFE and offer this as a special once off for non members.

Our excursion begins when we hop on the bus at our closest pick up point, see the sites along the way, chat to friends or dance the time away to music! 👯‍♀️ Before you know it our lovely bus driver will drop us off right near the Aquarium! 🐬

This is where we start our touring checking out unique marine aquatic environments and discover an incredible 4,000+ animals from over 300 different species! Keep an eye out for Pig! He is the cheeky rescue dugong that now calls Sydney home.

Come face-to-fin with thirteen different species of shark, including the incredible grey nurse sharks, wobbegong sharks and epaulette sharks!

Geez is anyone hungry yet? 😋 Oh not to worry we will make sure we stop for snack breaks, lunch and bathroom visits! All supervised by our lovely volunteers.

Our adventure continues! Next we head over to experience the best of Australia’s wildlife right in the heart of Sydney at WILDLIFE Sydney! We will see Tasmanian Devils, a friendly Goodfellow Tree Kangaroo and adorable Bilbies. Plus, get up close and personal to Kangaroos, Koalas, Wombat and Platypus!

We will have a chance to enjoy some talks such as:

• Dugong Discovery Talk..what is Pigs story?
• Ray Revelation Talk… why are these creatures one of the most amazing in the sea?
• Tasmanian Devil..are they really actually scary?
• Freshwater Crocodile Talk- All your jaw-some questions will be answered.

Wow! What a full day! Time to rest those little legs, kick back and enjoy a movie on our bus journey home! Until next time….
