About Us and Our Story
Our story how it all began

Let's begin by rewinding to earlier in 2024. The lovely Sarah pictured on the right reached out to me (Izy) pictured in the middle about booking in a bus for a homeschool excursion. I immediately responded saying a big yes and the wheels were in motion. This got me thinking how amazing it would be to offer our buses to our beautiful home school community on the Central Coast! Which leads me to a little back story about us:
My husband Jimmy, pictured above and I have a funky party bus company here on the Central Coast called Bangin Bus Tours, pictured below. We have been around since 2010 and have a groovy growing fleet of buses. Our main gigs are over the weekends with your usual party goers, but we were always seeking to do something a little more "meaningful" you could say, a way for us to give back to our community. We have a few frequent non for profit bus trips we do regularly, but we always thought how cool would it be to offer our buses to schools for kids to have an epic time on the buses for their excursions, ect. After a few calls and emails, we came across a lot of red tape to get this over the line so we never pursed it further.

Fast track to 2024, after Sarah reached out to me it rekindled this idea! So I mentioned these ideas to Sarah and was pleasantly surprised to see she had in fact had the same idea too. The stars were aligned, even more so Sarah had a background working as a travel agent, so we really knew this was meant to be! Since Sarah started homeschooling in 2021 over the years she had always felt there was a lack in the "school excursion department". Friends would chat about the excursions their kids went on or camps and she felt her children were missing out. Even after her attempts to reach out to bus coach companies to try and create something, there was never a reply or support with this.
So after a few messages back and fourth we decided to meet up and work to how we can make this happen? How can we give our children to opportunity to go on frequent excursions and even a camp? How can we give our children more of an opportunity to connect, build up friendships and hang out with other children. Well fast forward to now we have done it! Homeschool Adventures Club is here and we are so excited!
Let's go adventures! 🧡 Love Sarah, Izy and Jimmy
